• What is Pimensor?
    • Pimensor, Lda is the company that markets and distributes the Incopil® and Flor das Hortas® brands.
  • I live outside Portugal, can I order from the Pimensor store?
    • At the moment, the Pimensor store only delivers to Continental Portugal and Islands. If you need a delivery to another destination, please contact us at geral@pimensor.pt.
  • How do I place an order at the Pimensor Store?
    • You can make your purchase as a guest or by registering on the Pimensor website, for faster future purchases and where you can track your order history;
    • Choose the desired products, set the quantity and add to the shopping cart
    • Confirm the purchase details and delivery data before finalizing the order. That's all. You will receive a notification with the order summary and will be informed as soon as it is processed and shipped.
  • Do I need to register to place an order?
    • No. You can order your products in the Pimensor Store as a guest, providing only the data necessary to process the order.
  • How can I register with the Pimensor Store?
    • To register you just need to access the customer area (upper right corner) and follow the instructions.
  • How do I add and/or remove products from my shopping basket?
    • To add products to the shopping cart from the product grid, simply click on the "shopping cart" symbol and 1 unit of the chosen product will be automatically added. If you are on the product page, you can select the desired quantity and click on the "Add to cart" button.
    • To reduce or increase products in your shopping cart, you must click on the + or - sign. To delete the entire item from your order, just click on the icon that is represented by a bucket.
  • Is the product that will be delivered to me the one that is presented in the order confirmation?
    • Yes. If the product is out of stock we will contact you to replace the unavailable product by another or to do without it. If it is not possible to contact in a timely manner, we will only deliver the remaining order with no changes and will contact you for a refund.
  • How can I be sure that you have received my order?
    • When you place an order at the Pimensor Store, you will automatically receive a proof of order with all the information in the email provided.
    • If you do not receive the receipt, please check if you have completed the order.
    • If you have, please check the SPAM folder of your email program. If you are still not sure about the order placement, please contact us at geral@pimensor.pt
  • Do the prices and discounts mentioned in the order refer to the day of the order or delivery?
    • The values that appear discriminated are exactly the same that will be charged on the delivery day, except if any product is out of stock.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • If your order has not yet been shipped, just send us an email indicating the order number and the change to be made.
  • Can I return my order?
    • Without prejudice to the legal provisions regarding distance purchasing of food products, if you need to make a return, please send us an email to geral@pimensor.pt, explaining the situation so we can try to find a solution.
    • You should check the condition of the products upon delivery to ensure that you received the products in the best conditions.
  • What are the payment methods?
    • The following payment methods are available at the Pimensor Store: ATM Reference, MB Way and PayShop, subject to change at previous notice.
  • When do I receive my invoice?
    • You will receive the invoice by email on the same day the order is shipped.
  • When will I receive my order?
    • We will try, whenever possible, to present a forecast for delivery, based on product availability in conjunction with information from the carrier. The ideal deadline is 2 working days for continental Portugal and 4 days for the islands, after payment confirmation.
  • I did not receive my order, what should I do?
    • If the order does not arrive on the expected day, send an email to geral@pimensor.pt, so that we can expedite the delivery as soon as possible with the carrier.
  • What are the delivery areas of the Pimensor Store?
    • Pimensor ships to Portugal mainland and islands.
  • How can I change my personal data?
    • You can change or update your personal data in the customer area, if registered, or request the change by email to the address geral@pimensor.pt
  • Can I have more than one delivery address on my account?
    • Yes. In the customer area, after logging in, you can add several addresses.
  • How can I change the VAT or billing address associated with my registration?
    • In the customer area, after logging in, you can change the different addresses, including the VAT number, in the "addresses" section.
  • How do you guarantee the confidentiality of my personal data?
    • The data collected on this website is intended for processing orders and communication with customers, processing requests for information and possible complaints, statistical analysis, as well as its use for direct marketing purposes. Pimensor undertakes not to use the personal data of its customers for purposes other than those related to the contracting of the services it provides, ensuring, through appropriate measures, the confidentiality of such data, action in the event of their loss or alteration and protection against unauthorized access to such data.
    • Within the framework of the General Regime of Data Protection, all clients have the right to access, rectify, eliminate and anonymize their data, without prejudice to other legal obligations that may exist.
